Letter from the President...

Dear property owners, our friends,

These webpages briefly present the Heraklion Property Owners Union (ENIDANI), an organisation that has been fighting for over 20 years to promote your views and defend your interests both at local level and within POMIDA (Hellenic Property Federation), of which it is a member and in which its President represents it. ENIDANI represents the property owners of eastern Crete (Heraklion and Lassithi provinces). After much effort, we have created this website in our endeavour to offer the best possible quality and quantity of services to property owner. Here you may be informed about issues of prinarily local interest, along with the POMIDA website (www.pomida.gr) which offers complete information on all issues.

ENIDANH has made dozens of interventions to local authorities and offices regarding property ownership issues. Its most important success was to impede the reduction of the plot ratio (the ratio of the building floor area to the land area) in the old town of Heraklion. If you are not yet members of our organisation, sign up now! Always remember that in the current legislative, tax and urban planning conundrum, only ENIDANI and POMIDA stand by your side, close to you, and fight with all their strength for you.
